G-Shock is a line of watches manufactured by Japanese electronics company Casio, designed to resist mechanical shock and vibration. G-Shock is an abbreviation for Gravitational Shock. The watches in the G-Shock line are designed primarily for sports, military and outdoors-oriented activities; nearly all G-shocks are digital or a combination of analog and digital and have a stopwatch feature, countdown timer, electroluminescent backlight and 200-metres of water resistance.

?G-SHOCK's sports line G-LIDE is supported by the world's top surfers. The color is based on the image of GBX-100 night surfing equipped with a smartphone link function.

With this model, the tide information and sunrise / sunset times required by surfers can be easily set on the watch side by selecting from approximately 3,300 locations around the world built into the dedicated application.
In addition, the wide face and high-definition MIP (Memory in Pixel) liquid crystal is used to improve visibility, and in addition to the tide graph and moon data display of the conventional model, high tide / low tide time, high tide / low tide tide level, and sunrise. / It is now possible to display the sunrise time. This makes it possible to grasp the current situation in detail at a glance. Together with the training measurement function (distance, speed, pace, lap, pitch measurement), it supports surfers who fly around the world and fight tough.
The bezel is made of a combination of resin and metal, and has black IP (1JF) and gold IP (4JF). The top part of the bezel uses stainless steel parts, and the hairline and honing process are applied to create a design that has both strength and texture. Also, assuming an environment where the posture is not stable, we used a resin guard structure that can withstand impacts from up, down, left and right, and equipped with the impact resistance performance unique to G-SHOCK along with the button guard at 6 o'clock. For the band, we adopted a soft urethane band with a slit at the base at 6 o'clock for fit, water, and sweat escape to pursue comfort.
It is a G-LIDE with a cool finish with a dark tone inspired by night surfing.
